This immoral goddess of rainstorms takes the form of an older woman with the head of an eagle. She is inhumanly tall and has an hourglass build. She is usually portrayed as wearing an unusual suit of armor and a mask. She can stop or start rainstorms.
Edit: Now that the contest is over I realized I really wanted to add little squigly purple things over her leather top. Eh, someday.
